• it's simple...make a permanant switch to console gaming...you already have one, so you know they're cheaper, no need to upgrade every year, games are as much or more immersive than PC games which usually rely on graphics.  When SC2 starts to get closer to release, you give me a call, I'll help keep you on the wagon.

• i actually canceled my WoW subscription here recently, but i've soon realized that i've just replaced it with DotA .  it's a fun game, though.   the major difference is that i don't have to sink ~16 days worth of gameplay into DotA to get much enjoyment out of it.  I can sit down and run thru a game in 1-2 hours...then rinse, and repeat.  i'm never having to catch up in levels/gear to all the college-dropout bachelors and stay-at-home mom's that get 8+ hours of gameplay per day.  on the other hand, it's hard to beat the teamwork and fun involved in slaying a dragon with 40 other players...  :-)

• BTW, Earl, if you're game with playing, just leave hamachi up and running while you play.... if I'm ready to game, I normally load it up to see if anyone is on (normally just Chris though)
