• i see the whole idea catching on as quick as tabletpc (slow, but sure).  i do like the "restaurant cashier" idea, though --  you can see them dragging their own food onto each of the credit cards laying on the table, then adjusting the tip % on a slider around the card.  that's freaking brilliant if you ask me.  plus, it would be super fun to play with bubbles/whatever while you wait for food...

• I agree with both of you... it won't be the end all of computer technology... we'll be using mouse, keyboards, for a loonnnng time to come.  Though, I really like the idea for menu/ordering/payment... that seems pretty cool and intuitive.  I don't like th idea of playing with bubbles while waiting for food... Earl is already waaay too A.D.D. and we don't need to give him another distraction!
